The problem will likely resolve itself. It is most likely due to your anti-virus reporting hl2. Something installed or changed on your system causing the crashes. I would recommend running System Restore and rewinding your system files to a date before all these problems started occuring. No idea why you'd have too. I'm guessing something else changed.
Note that these drivers aren't they newest, they are just the ones that Dell supports. I went into the tf2 files and tried copy that hl2. I'm having the same problem.
